Considering calling the Franchised Geek Guy in the V-Dubb? Then figure to spend $100 plus trip charge just to have him visit.
Thats just the beginning of the charges also.
Are you considering disconnecting your computer and taking it somewhere?
Then going to pick it up when it's done, bring it back and re-connecting everything while your hoping the problem
was fixed? How much of your time are you going to invest into that process? What if it isn't fixed?
Consider this:
I can come to your location, typically fix your computer where it sits and maybe even show you a few
things about it. I'll only take your computer if there is work that needs to be done on it that would not justify expensive charges
when I will be able to work on your computer back at my shop and run those time consuming tests, updates, search for correct drivers, run hard drive
scans, etc. while I am also working on other stuff and that way I'm able to charge you a minimum fee.
My goal is to provide you the best, most efficient service possible at a cost as inexpensive as possible. If I have to take your computer
I won't tack on extra trip charges, etc. either. I want you to consider calling me back in the future; Not choke with "sticker shock" from
the first bill!
